Private process service is now available

We are pleased to offer simple private process service in Culpeper, Madison, Orange, Rappahannock and Fauquier counties. We are familiar with both Federal and Virginia process service procedures. Because we are primarily a paralegal firm, you may be sure that we have a thorough understanding of the legal requirements of proper service and are committed to working on your behalf in an ethical and professional manner. We will serve in the evening and on the weekend, if needed. We will always keep you fully informed of the progress of service. Our notarized affidavit of service will be completed and filed directly with the courts in our service area in a timely manner and are always copied to you. We maintain written, permanent records of all service attempts, so a record of your service will be available to you upon request. All records and services are always kept strictly confidential. Low, flat fee rates are available.
